Payments for Azurepeak Watch Desk services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on azurepeak.lat.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from enquiries@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Romania norms.
• This payment page on this site is maintained by Azurepeak Watch Desk; email enquiries@this site if a step looks outdated for Cluj-Napoca.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact enquiries@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Cluj-Napoca unless otherwise stated.
